Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, credits, or exchanges. All sales are strictly final. All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email when their order has been dispatched, which includes a USPS tracking number so that the order can be tracked. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be dispatched, in some cases we can’t fulfill an order within 2 business days this will be stated in the product description. Additionally, please allow 2- 5 business days for delivery. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.
